Application

1. Chemical industry: Sodium hydroxide is used as an alkaline desiccant in the chemical industry because of its strong water absorption and deliquescent properties. In addition, it is also a catalyst for many chemical reactions and can promote the progress of the reaction.

2. Papermaking industry: Sodium hydroxide is important in the process and is mainly used for pulp treatment and bleaching.
